If there’s something that will always get the blood boiling down in the South West it’s the way to make a cornish pasty.

Should it have carrot? Must you use skirt beef? Where’s the swede?

This video tries to put a line under the How to Make a Cornish Pasty Debate. Unfortuately the inaccuracies fuel the fire of argument – well I mean use lamb mince…??? I think they mixed Shepherds Pie with the gorgeous pasty.

There’s a campaign brewing down Cornwall way to encourage Top Restaurants to include Cornish Pasties on their munch menus
